VILLA ACAR

A brand new, luxury villa 6 kms from Bodrum, near the village of Konacik. This Anglo-Turkish owned villa, surrounded by olive groves has been designed to provide large spacious rooms and balconies to take advantage of the view of the sea at Bitez , one kilometer away.The villa, swimming pool, child's pool and half an acre of newly planted garden are surrounded by a tall wall making this a truly private residence. There are plenty of sunloungers, a large canvas sunshade and a pool room with wc/shower and small simple bedroom.  The ground floor of the house consists of a comfortable sitting/dining room with TV, and sliding doors to the garden. The stylish kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer and a dining area. There is a double bedroom and shower/WC on this floor. The first floor has a very large master bedroom with a king size bed, and en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with good views. There are a further two bedrooms, one double with a balcony and one twin which share the third bathroom. The lounge/dining room and all four bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The villa is floored throughout with softwood and therefore shoes are not to be worn inside. This is a non-smoking house. ( smoking is permitted only on the balconies and in the garden.)
